Currently serving as LCB at All Borders Inc, she specializes in customs clearance, regulatory compliance, and risk management for industries such as pharmaceuticals, aircraft parts, and food and beverage. Monika's meticulous attention to detail ensures clients remain compliant with federal regulations while optimizing duty savings and supply chain efficiency.

Monika is well-versed in key trade programs, including HTS, PGA requirements, ISF, and Customs bonded warehouses. She has played a pivotal role in helping importers mitigate compliance risks, reduce costs, and streamline international trade operations. Actively engaged in industry organizations like the NCBFAA, she maintains strong relationships with government agencies to stay ahead of evolving trade policies and enforcement trends.

She holds an MPA from Florida International University and is a distinguished Fulbright Scholar with a background in education curriculum development. Her internship with USDA APHIS in Washington D.C. highlights her commitment to creating efficiency in trade and economic growth on a global scale.

Jonathan Lippincott is a business developer, communications and social media manager, and website manager for All Borders Inc. He ensures the company maintains a branded presence in the often overlooked industry of US customs clearance.

In charge of outreach to potential importers, small companies, and freight forwarders in need of clearance, Jonathan stumbled upon the industry through Monika while working on international shipping from Mexico to the US. Since then, he has become well-versed in the intricacies of global trade and tariffs.

Jonathan works closely with Latin American communities, managing bilingual operations in both Spanish and English. A graduate of Universidad de las Americas in Puebla, Mexico, he is deeply embedded in the international business community, collaborating with both upstarts and established companies as they carve their niche in the world of trade.
